Non woven fabric, also known as non woven geotexile fabric, is made with polyester staple fiber with high filament strength and excellent thickness ratio as raw material by needle punched manufacturing. The state-of-the-art high speed needle punching production line is adopted, which has isolation, filtration, drainage, reinforcement, protection and maintenance etc. Non woven fabric has the characteristics of robust, durable, permeable and resist to deformation. BPM geotextile non woven fabric includes PET short fiber non woven geotextile and PET filament non woven geotextile. Non woven geotextile is widely used in water conservancy project, road paving, railway, airport and environmental protection.
For the drainage and back filtration of dams or embankments, non woven geotextile should be used to provide drainage paths for dams. The filtering effect of non woven geotextile can prevent the loss of soil particles. The key point of the anti-filter structure of the non woven fabric is to prevent the permeation and sand retention of the protected soil from being washed away. The isolation function of the non woven geotextile ensures the vertical drainage of the soft foundation and improves the bearing capacity of the foundation.
